Don't seem to be able to go up the hill onto the crest of the hill anymore - characters get stuck about 20m shy of the first crest.
Had further issues trying to cross the pass towards Traders Edge. Problem went away after quitting and logging back in again. The problem seemed to start happening following a quick load - not sure if this perhaps has some detrimental effect on the map and pathing.
The exact behaviour was clicking on the ground caused the characters to not move towards the point - seemed to be an area that became inaccessible.
40.5 Tebrosz NE exit up the hill seems to be blocked
I ran into this as well in quite a few other spots.
Far as I can tell, the problem seems to be with the area you're trying to enter not being fully loaded, i.e. not having any pathing information. The way I can tell an area's not loaded is that you can't see any grass or shrubs there -- sometimes you can even make out a straight "area end" line cutting through a patch of grass.
Problem is, I'm not sure what the trigger for getting an area to start loading is. Moving your camera as far into the area as you can seems to work, but only sometimes.

You can regenerate the pathfinding data in an area by pressing ctrl-shift-F11. I'm not sure if this will fix the pathfinding problem you have, but it's worth a try as a workaround until Chris fixes this issue.
You should always proofread carefully to make sure you didn't any words out.
