Progress bars for training dummies

This is for version 0.42.0.
When the game is paused with the progress bars on screen the bars will move around with the camera instead of staying fixed to the characters who are training. However, when the game unpauses, the progress bars will snap back to the appropriate characters. Problem only happens when the game is paused.
