Stone Mine II/Research Bench III bug

Cannot research the stone mine 2 because I failed to meet prerequisite of having researched the level 1 stone mine. I already have a stone mine up and running but I need to research the level 1 stone mine again. Following picture shows the tier 1 stone mine in the world, queued research for stone mine 1 and the stone mine 2 in red text.

Also the button for the research bench 3 only says 'Level 3' instead of, say, 'Research Bench Level 3'.

I believe that the reason it is simply called "level _" is because it unlocks additional types of research as well as the new type of research bench, so I think that part is intentional.
