Didn't see a topic about this so I thought I'd bring it up. It's just a small bug and not sure what I did to cause it.
I was mining with a couple characters and I decided I wanted to make them rest in a bed after a small bandit group came by and attacked them. I sent them to the beds, but they would not stop mining. I then made them walk all the way to the building with the beds inside, but as soon as they arrived they immediately ran back to the mine and started to work again. I haven't been able to recreate this strange love of mining in my PC's, but I figured it was worth bringing this bug to your attention.
Thanks for your time and for working to make this game amazing!
PC's love to mine!
This sounds a lot like the bug I have to deal with with my medic. I think I might know how to replicate it.
1: tell one or more of your ment to Craft/mine/research (build probably works too, but its only untill the building is finished.)
2: give him/them the medic command without moving him away from the workstation first.
There, once he finishes medic he should be stuck on a path to forced *Cough* slave *Cough* labor.

I have the same sorta problem but I guess a one time thing until I can recreate it but its not my characters mining but rather going to one spot where an enemy was I couldn't even my medic to heal a guy that just happen to be in the area lol. I guess if I need to you can get a couple of my save game I think npc guards are still hanging around the area I'll just save in the proper area so you know where it specifically is.
Aside from that I love that weapon crafting is out can't wait to craft billions of weapons lol currently half my faction has the first weapon they got when I hired them. Keep up the good work Captain Deathbeard!
Edit: Okay so I'm close to the spot but I found another bug, two npcs are fighting a bandit and mercenary but instead of having an all out sword fight to the death like most npcs usually do they instead stand there and when I go to help the mercenary my character joins in by standing near them in a ready sword stance basically like pausing the game just without pausing the game. I'll save and see if it stays like that after a quick reload. Scratch that my computer is just acting strangely slow when it never ever does this lol I guess I shouldn't run kenshi in window mode and multi-task (even though I can do that fine with running a small server with a couple people on it on a few games) well whatever its working lol

So far I'm working on Buster Sword, Auron's Masamune, Bows, Mace, Dark Knight Halbred, Zangetsu, Guts' Dragon Slayer, Zweihander, Baselard, Daedric Two handed axe, and more to follow.

Yup that sounds just about like what I did. I guess I should be happy about their enthusiasm for labor haha!alek4ever wrote:This sounds a lot like the bug I have to deal with with my medic. I think I might know how to replicate it.
