Can't Build Stone Mines past V

Just as the title says I can't build any mines past V. No matter where I try and place them they keep saying it's not on level ground :I even when it's on the most flat area possible @_@ I tried moving and angling it around but none of them work.

This has been fixed with the new update.

Ahh I have the steam version. The newest patch hasnt been released there yet I guess.

Maybe. The newest is 42.1 and specifically addresses that issue.
