Storage Chest Bug And More

It started when I had a large house with a weapons crafting table in it. I realized that my crafter was running long distances to get the fabric and iron ore, so I decided to put a Storage Chest inside the building to limit the time it takes to get supplies. When I hit space after placing the chest down my entire game froze. I Ctr Alt Deleted my way out and it said that the game was not responding, so I ended the process. I went back to the save game and tried to place the chest in a different area of the house to see if it was just a corner glitch, unfortunately the game froze again. After I restarted the game again I tried to bring my character, Wanderer, into a different house to see if all the storage boxes were glitched, but upon attempt my character was unable to exit the building he was in and glitched into the floor whenever attempting to leave the household.


P.S. I would attach the save-game, but when I try it says " The extension save is not allowed.". If I am doing something wrong tell me so that I can attach the save.

Although I have not encountered your storage chest bug, I have encountered the glitching through the floors upon reloading the save. The only workaround I've found is getting another member to Pick Up and pull him out from inside the floor.
