every time i make my character "operate" ore storage, the character doesn't go and get more ore stored in the mining facility. Rather, the ore goes back and forth between my character inventory and the ore storage box. when i give my him another command, it stops and the ore remains in my storage.

I had this happen with the building materials storage. It may have been the inventory, or a lack of space, I'm not sure. I restarted my game though, and it was fixed. I wasn't able to reproduce it, so I didn't post.

Seems to be backpack-related, as others have mentioned.
