Cant Build without getting Frozen

As the tittle states, every time I try to place a building I get Frozen on build mode. The building Outline stays lite green and stays visible; My Troops though aren't able to move towards it/ move at all. When this happens I leave the game and come back ( starting from my last save point). I now find myself unable to click on the map in order to move my troops. Side note, I found that the New game squad reset worked for this ( very thankful for ) . Is this happening to anyone else or is this a bug on my end? anyways thought i would help out by pointing out a bug -thanks

You're hitting spacebar to finalize built items and resume gameplay? I haven't heard of anyone having an issue like this, although I have tried to click 4x to unpause instead of hitting spacebar and that doesn't work.

The building freeze also happens to me, was hoping I didnt have to start all over again. As my town is coming together. Any building that is built causes game to crash.

I have this issue as well. When I finish building even the scaffolding stuff or whatever you call it is there. The game just freezes. I can't build any weapons or anything. Here's the quicksave.

If I go into Build Mode and unpause for any reason without anything built, it freezes. So I can't build anything. Upgrading works. Nothing else does. You can pause normally and unpause and there is no issue. When I actually do build a building and unpause, the scaffolding stuff appears but the game still freezes.

Thanks for the Quicksave Zibathy, hopefully Chris will be able to reproduce and address this issue.

There was another post that mentioned these same issues earlier (and appears there may be a few more). I am linking that thread into this one. The other thread also has two save game files that exhibit the same issues.
