Cannot move after game restart

Hi,
I'm not certain if this has happened to anybody else yet, but when I save the game, exit then restart the game and load my saved game, it puts me back in game where I was previously however I cannot move at all. My character is just stuck there with no options.
Also clicking on any of the GUi buttons will not do anything either.
