Sometimes, when i click on character, open his inventary, then click on workbench 3, to pick up created weapon from output slot, the weapon immediatelly dissapears and its nowhere to be found. (only once i found it on the ground few meters far from the bench).
It happens approximatelly in one case out of 3. (loose one weapon out of 3 created)
v0.42.2 weapons dissapear when i pick them from workbench 3
Weapons disappearing from the weapon bench is somewhat known. Do you follow the same sequence of opening/closing windows every time? Do you have the crafting bench window open before when the weapon completes? Does it stay open while you get a squadie over to loot it?
Not trying to be a dick or anything, just trying to get some additional information for reproducing the bug, as that will give it the best chance of being fixed.

Me it happens when i watch them craft the weapon. i then click and hold and drag it to the inventory slot in my backpack some times when in the middle of doing this the weapon disappears completely.Tolwrath wrote:Weapons disappearing from the weapon bench is somewhat known. i don't do it this way all the time. sometimes i right click it to send it to the backpack ( i started doing it this way cause i kept losing swords )
but thats not the only thing it does that one. it does it on everything. click. hold. drag to container or backpack. more so when i have to manually load something ( steel bars into weapons workbench, water into rum stills or the wheat in rum stills. and so on. happens more often in things that require 2 different types of resources. cause clicking it in your inventory or main storage on your character doesn't send it to the proper place in the rum still or the weapons benches. those you have to manually load it by clicking, and dragging.
hope that helps

That's odd, as long as you don't have more items in queue it shouldn't eat the old weapons, 42.2 was thought to have solved that. Soon we'll get proper behavior for storage I imagine, and it won't be an issue, but weapons shouldn't be disappearing unless you have additional items in queue.

yep it still does.
with items in query behind it and without.
even had some issues where the picture of the weapon disappeared completely in the workbench.
only reason why i knew it was there was cause i moused over it.
i can't reproduce it on demand, its something that seems to happen randomly. or i haven't figured out in what way i made it happen in the first place.
couldn't get it below 2 megs so had to zip em up separately

I've seen this as well.
I think it happens when another weapon is queued up for production
