Training dummies

When getting untrained members to start training on a training dummy, they don't seem to finish the last 'level' at all. They'll finish that level only once the training dummy is upgraded to its next level, only to have the same issue with the limit of the mark 2 dummy, as well as the mark 3.

EG: When training they will never get to lvl 5, or 10, or 15 with the respective training dummies that accompany those levels.

Currently if I want my trainees to reach the limit of the first mark, I need to upgrade to the 2nd mark dummy.

it's a rounding issue I imagine, similar to body parts recovering to 99 instead of 100. In reality the body part is at 99.9999999999 or what have you but shows 99. As such I imagine that the attack skill of a unit after using a dummy for a long time is just to the point that it should upgrade in their first actual combat. It's something that should be addressed, but not until the game is a lot further along.
