[.44] Buying House in Catan Empties Shop Inventories

After buying a house in Catan many of the shops inventories were wiped and they haven't come back yet (its been 19 days).

So far just the armor, both weapons, and one clothing trader are still in buisness.

Had the same thing happening to me in Shark. I didn't know it was related to buying property there (which I did). Anyway, saving and loading fixed the merchants inventories for me.

it did the same thing before this v0.44.
some found that saving then either quick loading or doing a log out then game restart would fix it, but not allways
