[0.44] Minor bug on research bench

I don't know exactly if it was implemented in v0.44 but when you click a bench, it shows a list of technologies being queued on the left down side of the screen. But, it does not remove the finished ones, stacking some finished items set at 0 hours left.

To be more clear, when you click a research bench, the list starts from your current research item, showing how much time is left. Below them are what you have stacked up for next tasks. Once the current research is done, the green bar ( or the progress bar) moves on to the new current task. But the previous one is still there with a full green bar and time set to 0.

This only happens to the small tab on the corner while the "t" menu works without any bugs.
