Mising Fabbrication bench

Hi, i have complete Clothing tech, this research must give me possibility to create an fabbrication bench but in Crafting section not apear.

lol, its not a bug it was just added, in preparation for crafting armor it self. just like most games, pre patch little things before they implement the entire function.
