Phatom medic bug

I encountered a rather weird bug last night. I was attempting to heal a NPC in combat with my only dude in the area, due to the fact that the NPC would bleed out. Needless to say, my trooper was defeated, except that everything around him was getting patched up (he was self recovering, then proceeded to heal another random NPC in the area)
