Windmills moving after construction screen

I am not sure if i am the only one encountering this, but i will try to place a windmill close to the wall, then after exiting the construction menu, the new construction will "teleport" inside the wall. Not sure how serious this is, but i reload to before the construction for fear that building these into the walls will cause a crash when performing new game + squad and buildings later on. I will provide screen shots later.

The same happened to me with a large house so the issue is propably not with the windmill but the wall. I also cancelled the construction before it got started...
