0.50.1 Bug for no roaming NPC's

Have a nice Outpost on the go, 20 squad members on the go. However, there are no roaming NPC's anywhere on the map. I have travelled all of it, I even moved all 20 of my squad members to the other side of the map and back. City NPC's disappear and come back again frequently. Also some dead NpC's bodies haven't disappears yet. It's been like this for more than 10 hours of gameplay time. I've set everything in my Outpost to public as well. Would be nice o find a solution to my problem without having to start again. I started with one character who started with a stick and no money. I've put 25 hours into this play and would like to see it through.
