0.50.3 Elevation Bug

After starting a new game I went outside, knocked out a few bandits, drug one into the Police Station and was about to put him into a cage JUST as he regained consciousness (I'm assuming). The bandit couldn't be attacked during this time. This ended up happening:

I got something similar where everyone is aggro on a single bandit standing on the ground and no-one hitting him.
