Crash on load of save game. Partially loads terrain and stops.

I've been getting this as well, I've noticed before the first time it happened there were no npc's in cities when I went to them, saved and quit, tried to load and it happened. Second time, was just on a regular save and quit, and came back later to it doing it again. Import DOES work from it though.
