Memory leak with quick saves?

Noticed RAM usage climbing after doing 5 - 6 quick saves a few mins apart. With some of the super crashes going around I took to saving progress often. However with with rapid quick saves RAM usage climbs to about 90% then the game goes to not responding followed by crash. These crashes don't seem to generate a crash dump unfortunately. 16GB RAM.

Cheers

Currently running 8GB DDR2 RAM, and I have never noticed any memory leaks on Kenshi (I usually leave diagnostics up on a second monitor, but I will look at it again after quicksaving a dozen times within 30 seconds)

UPDATE: Confirmed that quicksaving, no matter how frequent nor numerous, does not tax any more RAM than the initial load (approximately ~2.8 GB RAM used by Kenshi).

There should be anything else, ill try to turn off the autosave since you can confirm the quicksaves doesnt tax ram... but im having a bad time to start the game, it can take 10 minutes or so from the start until its ready to play.
Im monitoring the process with a second display and the ram wont stop bleeding ^^, regards!
ill repost if i can find anything usefull.

Ok i did manage to play more than 2 hours in a row, i've just turned off autosave, let the same resolution 1280X728 if i remember well, and all other toys on default, marking the 2 boxes at the options to fix known erros and the peak stayed on 3,5Gb and 3,7Gb of memory from my 4Gb ram, up and down all the time, with disk cache placed on default... but at the end it overflowed and got error 183 while hanging around between the training dummy and the storage place =))

I decided to exchange some settings today and these are the results:
*resolution 1600x900
*no shadows
*both boxes into the option panel marked (the one who mentions something thread related , and the other one)
*textures on medium quality
Error 183 again, while i was messing with research bench lvl III. the ram were already hitting 3,8Gb when the problem ocurred.
Dumping file, hope it helps =)

I read from (I believe Tolwrath posted this) another thread that the crashes occur more often when playing at the fastest speed.
Try to avoid using the fastest speed, if at all, and the crashes should occur a lot less frequently (which makes sense because the same amount of time would have passed in-game, but there are a lot less textures entering and leaving memory, so it might be possible to narrow down what causes the crashes and/or memory leaks).

i was testing something out last night on ram usage.

With my great large build i'm doing for my outpost, i had upgraded my steel bar fabricator, so went and dismantled the old one.
Since i play in windowed mode i sat there and watched the ram usage.

As i first expected the ram usage jumped when the dismantle was completed. but then notice ram usage went down for a short while afterwards., was at 2.6 gigs used at time of dismantle then it dropped down to 2.4 gigs, the same amount it used before the dismantle then the usage kept falling until it dropped down to 2.1 gigs, before restarting its slow climb back up.

i have seen this happen a couple times now.
over all will it help prevent super crashes?
doubtful. but it was interesting to test it. maybe you can test it to see how long you can keep it doing that on your system.??
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable

Current computer specs.
AMD FX-8150 - Eight Core, 3.60GHz
NVidia GTX 1050TI
24GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz Ram
WD 1tb HD, 870 EVO 1TB SSD
