I am not sure what else to do, other than make this out to be a bug. I am trying to overhaul the dialogue, more engaging, more options and allow it to have bearing on faction relations and all that fun stuff.

But it is not letting me save it.

I can mod everything else, which saves, but anything pertaining to changing Dialogue does not unless it is done to the gamedata file, which is no fun because I can't share it with everyone.

No need to for a quick mod guide, I know what I am doing. I've implemented my owns mods for this game with no problems, but getting to save dialogue changes has not worked at all.

Anyone have an idea? Please?

Can you save the file with a different name, then re-name it?

You mean, the .base file? If so, I could try.

So long as the file/folder dependencies have the same names, it should work.
Its an easy way to get around any processes that prevent overwriting (its also a good practice if you want to save iterations of your mod; breaking it down into smaller sections to test, refine, and optimize)
