Key Code Window does not show up?

Bought this game on steam, and it told me to put in a Key Code. But I see no where to put in the key?
By key I mean 98xks-28349-etc etc etc

SO WHERE? T.T I think its a bug but uhh yeah...

you only need it for if you got the Demo first.
also use search, this has been answered a few times now.
