Lo-Fi Games

Just booted up Kenshi for the first time in a long time (since the patch before walls were introduced I think) and when I open the inventory of some (not all) of my characters, the game crashes. I don't know what these specific characters had in their inventory but I assume whatever it is is no longer in the game, and is causing the crash.

Any help would be good, but I imagine starting the game afresh maybe in order and this is my punishment for not playing in so long

Most likely you will need to just creat a completely new game. You can try the import function to see if this helps. Though it is in his inventory it Is likely to carry over with the import.

Yeah I did an import before I posted. Always fun to start again, and it's probably for the best seeing as I can't remember what the hell was going on in that game anyway. If anybody thinks they have a fix I'd still appreciate it though.

Yeah well it would not be a very good beta if you did not have to start over every few weeks. Though really wish the 4x worked better and did not cause crashing would make starting over easier.

If it only happened once, it is quite possible.

Ah, I should have specified. I'd read that post and by 'once' I meant I open the inventory and it crashes on the first open, rather than repeatedly opening and closing. The game crashes each time I do it.

Is that savegame-dependant?
If yes, can you share your savegame then? (with dropbox for example)
If no, then can you post system specs?

Savegame dependant. The save is in that zip file, along with a few Trojans and a keylogger (not)
