[.69.0] Bandits raiding your outpost get stuck

When the bandits try to raid your outpost they run to some weird specified spot and get stuck in a blob and will spas out. i tried running around but they always stay half way between separated squad members and never do anything else. Or, they wont even attack you, they'll get next to you until you attack them.
