Not able to enter Bar in Trader's Edge and no Beds in Inn

So I try entering the Bar just to see if I could recruit people, but I can't seem to go inside the Bar, only interaction I seemed to be able to do is just opening and closing the door.

Also the Inn within Trader's Edge has no beds.

I'll attach my save so someone can check it out.

The save is from characters from a previous version of the game but I've been able to import the characters without problems.
