Crash when approaching 'Port south'

Everytime I approach the city 'Port south' I crash, no exceptions. I'm in version 0.70.1, 64 bits system.
I create a new character, and I immediately run to Port south. When I'm near it, the area loads, and I can see the town. I walk a little bit further, and the game crashes.
