Bug: 70.6 NPCs vs animals attack bug

If a guard npc doesn't have a weapon and tries to engage in combat with "Dogs", then they wont attack each other and just stand still.

had a similar one with cannibals vs. dogs.

Can confirm, watched dogs patiently follow a looted and dying starving bandit. He wandered into a pack of dust bandits and his loyal dogs killed them all.
