Running the game through steam if that helps.

I'm not sure if this was why, but I had one town that I started but didn't build on, decided to make a new town elsewhere. sent 3 of my 11 or 12 guys to go back and tear down the structure I started on the first camp. Ran to the 1st camp, got about half way there and the game crashed. Again, not sure that was why.

I've attached the file.

I'm thinking of moving onto the experimental version since I seem to be motivated to report these things and I don't actually mind the bugs. Yeah it crashes a lot but since it auto saves a lot you can just load back up from where you were and keep truckin. Plus from the sound of things with the development timeline, experimental is years ahead of the common release.. lol. 6 years is a long time for a game.. Hell, 6 years is long, period. I hope you guys complete the scope of the game soon so you can add DLC packs to get more mullah so you can make another one because this game is pretty fun.

It still needs a ton of work, so speeding through completing this will get you onto your next project which should generate more revenue and allow you to hire more workers and get content out faster. Also word of the wise. put your next game on a timeline and stick to it. No more 6+ years for a game still in alpha lol.

Annnd back to Kenshi lol...

When you split your party apart and have them in two different locations far apart it can cause issues.
this is in fact a known issue.
only work around is to keep your people together.
also save your game right before dismantling. just in case.
or you can import into a new game without buildings as another option.

For the rest of your message thats not bug related.

actually development was longer
about 8 years. but the number of years don't matter.

Kenshi didn't get a team together until after Kenshi was greenlite on Steam ( one of the first batch of titles actually ) before that he worked on Kenshi by himself part time while he worked full time at another job to support himself. so those years before was him writing the basic code for the game by himself in his spare time.

Concept to playable version took 6 years

so in actuality Kenshi has been in full development for 2 years.

From concept to finished game it takes AAA gaming companies 2 to 4 years to make a game. and they got huge development teams.
Do you believe the sexes should be equal?
Oh heavens no.
Then Men would become unmanageable
