Weird Bug with Construction Set

I'm trying to make myself a new city, but every time I go to load the mod file so I can, you know, actually build the mod, I get error messages:
WARNING: Object listed in reference listed in object [X] of wrong type. The link has been messed up somewhere, like, messed up IDs and junk, I dunno.
Replace [X] with Samurai Legplatesis, Drifter's Bootsis, and poor baditsis. I get a different error message for each. Not only that, but it won't let me continue on to build the mod.
Any help?
