Crash on load [RESOLVED]

Patch: 0.21.2

Problem: Save game crashes on load.

I witnessed a spontaneous crash near the trading post NW of Clownsteady. After reloading from my save at Clownsteady proper, it appears that the save crashes consistently in the later stages of loading the area assets (I think it's when it's loading the people). Crash dump and the save itself included below.
