v74.4 - DX11 has no monitor selection

HI,

I'm not sure if this is a classic 'Bug', but here is my problem.

I have two monitors, a large 1080p main monitor, and a 1280x1024 that I use as an 'off-monitor'.
With the current launcher, DX 9 gives the option to select which monitor to use (and I select '1', and it uses my 1080p monitor, which I want), but DX 11 does not give that option.
When I select DX11, no matter what resolution I choose, it always opens the game window on my smaller 'off-monitor', and with a maximum resolution of 1280x1024. I don't mind dragging the window over to my larger monitor, but I would like to use a larger resolution.
Using full screen just makes the game run on full screen on my 'off-monitor', which I don't want.

Basically, I am sort of forced to use DX9 to play, and I'd like to see all the coolness of DX11 that everyone on the forums is talking about, lol.
Is there a fix to this that I am missing?

EDIT:
Just did another search on the forums here, and other then reconfiguring my windows, or pulling a monitor power plug, there is no solution I can find.

Ideally I would like to avoid changing my computers settings to play..

Having the same issue. I even switched the monitors around made my smaller monitor the main and the large one the secondary. It still picked the smaller monitor.
Using a laptop with a larger screen plugged in. I'm playing windowed atm not an issue for me as both screens are the same resolution.
