Crash on Startup.

I start the game, direct x 9 and 11, either way it starts out black, then crashes :/.

they downloaded it and are looking at your crashdump.
when they have something they will either just add it to a patch or ask you for more information.
so no need to bump your report.
but if you have more crashes, please upload your crashdumps. so as to help them figure out what might be wrong.
also if it created a save.log upload that as well.

It looks like there is something wrong with your material files. Try the 'Verify integrity of game cache' option on steam, or a clean reinstall if that doesn't work.

I've tried both? My laptop isn't here atm. But when I get it bac in a few days I'll try a fresh install
