[v0.76.2 Experimental] Crash when unlocking prisoner cells

Hello everyone,
Ran more testing today. Found a bug that is causing a crash when I attempt to unlock my prisoner cages. I had 4 prisoners that disappeared after reloading the game. When attempting to unlock the cages, the progress bar goes until completed, then crashes. I tried this on a cage that was not locked and not previously occupied as well. Locking the cage worked fine, no problems. Then attempting to unlock the same cage caused a crash as before.
I have not tested this on cages in the towns or slaver camps/cannibal camps.
