Mini map broke

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but whenever I open the mini map and scroll over a town location, it doesn't describe it for me at all. This is really bothering me and I have searched for why and how to fix with nothing coming up. Am I just dumb and have a setting turned off or something. PLEASE HELP ASAP

*Edit* Never mind I needed to upgrade to the experimental version
