(0.76.5) Another random crash

Happened at the UC town on top of the hill, twice now. First time i walked up to it and crashed and now it crashed again while i was trying to buy something from a boot trader.

I'm having the same issue in the town Eye Socket when starting a new game (on the 0.76.5 build). My last crash occurred when I tried to enter a building . I am also noticing npc's in Eye Socket are being spawned together and remain stagnant. Screenshot here
