Missing icons, Characters stuck

There are no icons for Halfpants and Cargopants, and my characters are frequently getting stuck and I have to have another character pick them up and put them down to get them unstuck. Also had a character who was assigned to a armor storage and he would automatically pick up the armor from the crafters but wouldn't put it in the storage.

I noticed also when you remove a building and try and build something else in the area a lot of times the game keeps areas where it will not allow building because it is "Too close to another building" when there is nothing there. If I save and load it typically fixes it, but doing so causes some of your prisoners to disappear.

rebuild your navmesh Ctrl + Shift + F11 that should fix buildings to close. its reading where the building used to be as the pathing hasn't updated properly.

I have the same problems, white Swords and missing items.
Configuration: i7 3610; 16 gb dd3, 7970m. 20 fps avg
