error ws2_32.dll inet_ntop (xp)

When i try to launch game it always show this "the procedure entry point inet_ntop could not be located in the dynamic link library, WS2_32.dll" i only tested on xp so i dont know is this common problem(for xp) or something else?

As for what I know, I think inet_ntop is not available on windows XP, only on vista or later versions.
Have you tried both the 32bit version and the 64bit version? Try the 32bit version, could be a difference there. Also don't try running Dx11 on windows xp because it's also not supported.
