If you pause the game immediately after selling a slave, then talk to the slaver and unpause the game, you can sell the slave again. You can get like 4000+ gold per slave from this by pressing 1 to sell the slave then space bar right after really quickly, then just queue up the talk option again and the game will automatically pause while the text is up.
