I'm also getting this on a Windows 7 system with an AMD Radeon HD 6450 video card.

sys spec:
Intel quad core i7 920 @ 2.67GHz
6 gig ram
64bit win 10
ATI Radeon HD 5800

I have the same issue on v0.90.4. The patch notes tells that it has been resolved but still when I zoom out there are thick black stripes drawn on the terrain.
