[0.90.1] block only mode vs dogs

It seems dogs refuse to attack player characters put in block only mode, they will stand in front of you and glare at you in combat mode but won't do more.

I had the same with a river raptor, and a whole squad of holy nation guys queueing up behind the raptors. (attacked me cause they are all wildlife?)

yeah having the same issue with holy nation wildlife, bit odd and might be social commentary but its probably a bug. Completely messed up the town i was in, funny stuff.
