Some towns end up with only having one set of cages inside a private barracks, even during the day when the door is left open, walking 5 steps inside to collect your bounty will get you murdered and/or thrown in jail yourself.

Yeah and when they set you free you are still in building. They attack you and take you again inside cage:D
