This has been around for several of the last patches, when people are targeted to be healed by a medic they get the "Standing Still" task and instead of standing still, they sprint away at full speed from medics.

This makes it a nightmare to heal large squads as you have to constantly pause it and order people to stop running. Every person who is injured, every time they are injured.
