Hemp can not buy just steal.
that is unacceptable (Hemp farm Researching and building)

I had not discovered the Waystation
yes the Waystation sell Hemp

The only location I've seen that you can buy the Hemp from is at the Waystation. It might be a faction thing that Holy Empire doesn't have it currently.

I haven't found the 3 items you're talking about as well.

you can sometimes find it in safe in mechanical shop

Okay, so after importing into 90.10 from 90.9 to build all the benches to test stuff, the Robotics bench lets you build a motor.

So that's one item that's located. The Irony is that you need one to build the bench but you need the bench to build the item.

I also discovered that the Hive traders sell robotics items as well such as Robotic parts, motors, and they might even sell the capacitor. I have no idea about the AI Core though.

I had a look in the construction kit to see the vendor listings - I couldn't find the AI Core. I tried adding it to a vendor list as a mod, but it doesn't show in game - perhaps it's not fully implemented yet? Still need to tinker with it to be sure.
