[0.9.11] Constant Crashing

I'm sure you are aware of the situation since 0.9.11 was realised. It's just unplayable for me.
after several crashes finally I got a Crushdump file. So here it is.
Mind that I tried everything, Importing new games, verify files, and even start new games.
