[0.90.11] Can't Build Campfires

Pretty much self-explanatory from the topic. I can lay down the framework for campfires, but my character refuses to build them. Not sure if this applies to building other structures like the building bug topic, haven't got enough materials to do so yet.

do you have a fire starter?
You need one to build campfires. You can find them in HN shops.
