[0.90.12B] Holy Nation shops do not sell firestarter kits

The Holy Nation shops are supposed to sell Firestarter Kits but I can't find any of them. I checked the Mechanical Shop, the Boot Shop, and the General Store but NONE of them are selling them. They were selling them a few hotfixes ago but none of them are popping up now, thus making campfires impossible.

campfires no longer have a building item and thus campfire kits are supposed to be defunct, however the campfire still requires something in order to be built. its just that nothing exists for it anymore so campfires are unbuildable. you can fix it by going into the construction kit and modding in an item for them but that's rather involved if you havent used it before.
