0.90.12B - save/load crash

For me it is repeatable. Here's how to repeat it.

I'm building walls around my settlement. every once in a while one of my Engineers stops. If I try to make him/her move they can't. They are 'stuck in place'. That's probably something others have reported. I seem to recall having this same issue about a year ago. But, my solution to fix the problem was to save the game. Then once it's saved, immediately reload that new save. Now however, it crash's the game.

Incidentally if I start the game back up and load that last save everything works just fine. For a while anyway. I'm still trying to build my wall so it's now crashed on me 2 times. About to go try for a third time now.
