[0.91.2] Copper/electronics production chain broken

Hello,
my copper miners and electronics workbench workers refuse to go back to their workplace after hauling/picking up materials and the only way to get them back to work is to manually send them very close to the place in question...

the offenders are Knife, Ice, and Hotlongs from squad 4
