[0.91.4] Squad counter in squad panel counts incorrectly?

So the counter next to the New Squad button in the "Squad Panel" increments when you create a new squad AND when you change characters from one group to another, so every character and each new (empty) squad increments/decrements it. It also is sitting at the number 18 but I have 19 characters in 4 squads?
