[0.91.15] empty Lone Shack and other little bugs

As the title says, there isn't any furniture or people at all in the lone shack north of the Hub, just an empty storm house. This wasn't the case before in my game before the latest updates (previous version crashed the game whenever I approached the shack though).

Some other little things:
1. The construction trader in Blister Hill doesn't sell anything (since 0.91.13 I think)
2. Unable to enter the police station in Stack; my characters always get stuck at the stairs
3. Not able to talk to some of the level 1 recruits in the Adventurers' Guild
4. I think there was a bar in Mongrel where there was an adventurer with shopkeeper dialogue (in my case it was a female Greenlander called Lars)
5. For the creature nests, whenever I reloaded the game there would be additional copies of whatever items were there, and it would replicate items even after they were already collected
